I’m so glad you are here. This assessment is your opportunity to check in with yourself in a meaningful, intentional way. It’s designed to explore several areas that shape our ability to thrive—emotionally, mentally, and holistically.

Why This Matters

This reflective assessment offers a starting point: a snapshot of how you’re doing across key domains like self-compassion, values, emotional regulation, and more. Your responses will help us co-create a personalized path forward that honors where you’ve been, where you are, and what matters most to you.

What to Expect

Time needed: about 30–40 minutes. Please complete it in one sitting, in a quiet space if possible. Turn off distractions and take your time.

How to Approach It

  • This is not a test. There are no grades, no failures, and no judgment.
  • Your answers reflect a moment in time and may shift as life shifts.
  • Respond with the level to which you agree or disagree with the statements based on the past 3 weeks.
  • Be honest as possible with yourself and respond based on your current reality, not what you wish the answer was.

This is the first step in your exploration of you. You are not here to be “fixed” — you are here to be seen, supported, and empowered.

As you near the conclusion of your program, this reflective check-in invites you to pause, notice, and gently assess what’s shifted.

Why This Matters

This is the same assessment you completed at the beginning of your journey. Revisiting it now gives us a new snapshot—so you (and I) can observe what’s evolved, where you feel stronger, and what may still deserve compassion and care moving forward.
